Cancellation Policy

SANTA CRUZ: Cancelation should be given at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of the session. ​Full cost of the session will be charged for no-shows. If you find a friend or loved one to take your place, fees are waived.​ Clients arriving late will be charged for the full session and the session will end promptly at the scheduled time.

OAKLAND: Cancelation should be given at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled within 48-24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged a $50 cancelation fee. Same day cancelations and no-shows will be charged the full cost of the session. If you find a friend or loved one to take your place, fees are waived. Clients arriving late will be charged for the full session and the session will end promptly at the scheduled time.

Covid Safety

Studio sessions: 

  • Clients may choose to wear masks or not.

  • Each treatment room is thoroughly sanitized between clients and is equipped with a HEPA filter air purifier.

  • Time between sessions has been extended to refresh the treatment rooms.

In-home sessions: 

  • Clients may choose to wear masks or not.

How do I redeem an E-gift Card?

Redeem your E-Gift Card just like any other form of payment. The E-Gift card will have a scannable QR code / barcode. You can also store your E-Gift Card in your apple wallet for extra convenience.

Please also fill out the new client forms if you are a new client, indicating that you have a gift certificate on the intake form. Thanks!
